Please find below the necessary papers for the forthcoming AGM on Wednesday 2nd February, starting at 20:00.
The AGM will be conducted mainly via a Zoom meeting and details will be confirmed nearer the time.
Rules pertaining to the AGM are set out in the Constitution, which is available on the website.
The agenda is subject to change.
Should any member ask by Wednesday 19th January for an item to be added to the agenda a revised agenda will be sent on 26th January.
