Maldon Cricket Club is delighted to confirm that it has retained its Clubmark Status for 2022.
The ECB Clubmark is an accreditation scheme for cricket clubs which shows that a club is sustainable, well run and provides the right environment for its members. Clubmark accreditation also means that a club is recognised as a safe, rewarding and fulfilling place for participants of all ages, as well as assuring parents and carers that they are choosing the right option for their young people.
Chairman Steve Brown said, “This accreditation demonstrates that Maldon continues to be a family club of the highest standing. We take pride in ensuring we offer a welcoming and safe environment for all our members and visitors. We are proud that this hard work has been recognised.”
Brown added, “I would like to thank the committee and all the members who support this club, and will no doubt continue to do so in the future.”
