Ladies Team News
Friday 27th June
This weeks Ladies game, unfortunately, ended in a last over loss to Hutton 2nd XI. With only 9 players available, we put on 140/5 off our 20 overs, with Louise retiring on 25 and a few other batters scoring runs too.Bowling is where we noticed the short of players as the Hutton team had several strong batters finding the gaps in the field. We managed to find 9 wickets, with Bethan bowling 3-12 off and Kathryn 3-22 off their 4 overs. However the Hutton 2s won the game with 2 balls remaining in the game.

- Another solid team performance from the LadiesCaptain Walton won the toss and decided to field first. Dack (1-12) and Bailey (0-20) made a good start with their four overs, despite blustery conditions, with Welton taking an excellent catch off Dack’s bowling to dismiss the opening batter for 1.
