Joe Figg will be back as 3rd XI captain in 2024, after a successful 2023 season. This side is often the first step into league cricket for many of our young players. Often the balance of this side is all about providing players with opportunities to consistently perform in the same role to ensure they build their skills and confidence. Alongside this, we have a group of older performers, whose knowledge and expertise provide the backbone for the side.
